LILA Official is provided as an informational service to help users understand the activities of Label to Label K.K., preview the capabilities of our proprietary AI intelligence, and test limited functions such as replenishment forecasting. It also serves as a starting point for exploring potential business needs and future solutions available through advanced LILA services. LILA Official is not intended to provide personalized consulting or customized business solutions.

2. Data We Collect
a. AI Assistant (LILA Official) Interactions
When you interact with LILA Official, we collect:
• User session interactions, including conversation inputs, to improve AI performance.
• Voluntary name input, if shared, to personalize conversation flow.
• Device and browser information (such as IP address, type, session duration) for performance monitoring.
Conversations may also be analyzed and surfaced in aggregated form on internal dashboards.
These dashboards are designed both to help us improve LILA and to demonstrate to business users
the potential applications and capabilities of our AI intelligence.
All data shown is aggregated and not linked to identifiable individuals.
b. Website Analytics & Cookies
We collect anonymous data to analyze website performance and improve user experience. This includes:
• Most visited pages and engagement times
• General usage statistics via Google Analytics
• Cookies that track website behavior (does not store personal data)
c. Registered Business Members
For registered users, we may collect:
• Account details (name, company, business email, login activity)
• Interaction history for service improvement
• Website tracking data for usability analysis

5. Data Storage & Security
• Storage Provider: Google Firebase (Asia Southeast 1 – typically Singapore).
• Encryption & Security: All stored data is protected using industry-standard encryption and restricted access controls.
• Data Retention Policy:
– AI session data from LILA Official is stored temporarily and deleted in bulk within the first week of each new month, including conversations from the last day of the previous month.
– Conversation data may be aggregated into anonymized insights displayed on internal dashboards to improve LILA and demonstrate its capabilities to business users. Aggregated insights contain no personally identifiable information and may be retained beyond the monthly deletion cycle.
– Website analytics and registered business member data may be retained longer in line with legal compliance and business requirements.
6. Your Privacy Rights (GDPR & APPI Compliance)
Since LILA Official does not track users individually, we cannot retrieve or delete specific AI session logs upon request.
LILA Official maintains temporary session continuity so that your conversation can flow naturally.
This is handled through a randomly generated session ID, which allows the system to link your inputs during the same visit.
This session ID is not connected to your personal identity, and all session data is anonymized and deleted in bulk according to our Data Retention Policy (see Section 5).
However, under applicable laws such as GDPR (EU) and APPI (Japan), you have the right to:
• Access general details about how your data is processed.
• Request disclosure, correction, or suspension of use of any personal data you have voluntarily provided.
• Manage cookies via your browser settings.
• Choose not to provide personal information in AI interactions.

7. Third-Party Services & Integrations
We do not sell or share user data. However, LILA Official relies on the following trusted providers:
• OpenAI (API Processing): Conversations with LILA Official are processed through OpenAI’s API solely to generate responses.
OpenAI does not use API data for model training.
Data may be retained temporarily (up to 30 days) by OpenAI for abuse and misuse monitoring, after which it is permanently deleted.
• Label to Label K.K.: We retain LILA Official session data temporarily and delete it in bulk within the first week of each new month, in line with our Data Retention Policy (see Section 5).
Only aggregated, anonymized insights may be stored longer for the purpose of improving LILA and demonstrating its capabilities to business users.
• Google Firebase: Used as our secure storage and hosting provider (Asia Southeast 1 – typically Singapore).
• Google Analytics: Used to monitor website usage, engagement, and performance.
All providers comply with GDPR (EU), APPI (Japan), and other applicable data protection laws.
8. Updates to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect improvements to our services, changes in legal requirements, or adjustments to our data practices.
Material updates will be announced on our website in advance, with the timing and notice period determined on a case-by-case basis depending on the nature of the change.
The latest version will always be available on our website, and continued use of our services after an update becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.

• LILA AI Chat Sessions:
• AI-generated session data is stored temporarily for improving LILA’s conversational accuracy.
• Sessions are assigned a random session ID and are not linked to identifiable users.
• Names are only detected if shared voluntarily and are not stored long-term.
• Website Tracking (Registered Business Members Only):
• We analyze website visits, most viewed pages, and session durations to enhance usability.
• Tracking applies only to registered business accounts, not general visitors.
12. Data Retention & Deletion Policy
• LILA AI chat data is stored temporarily and deleted in bulk within the first week of each new month.
• Website analytics data is retained for performance monitoring and security purposes.
• Because session data is anonymized and not linked to individual users, we cannot retrieve or delete specific sessions on request.
