- using offensive, unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or inappropriate language or content
- using the platform for unauthorized commercial exploitation without written approval
- interfering with site security, service integrity, or normal platform operation
- using LILA outputs in violation of applicable laws, regulations, rights, or contractual obligations
Label to Label K.K. reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate access where misuse, abuse, risk, or non-compliance is identified.
4. LILA
LILA is an AI-powered assistant developed by Label to Label K.K. and operated using OpenAI’s language models and related API services.
LILA primarily generates responses from controlled Label to Label K.K. knowledge and authorized public-facing business materials.
In limited circumstances, LILA may also use governed external grounding in order to improve factual accuracy in time-sensitive or public-context topics. Any such use remains subject to Label to Label K.K.’s scope controls, editorial rules, and business logic.
LILA’s responses are AI-generated. Outputs may not always be accurate, complete, current, or suitable for a user’s intended purpose. Users must not rely on LILA as the sole basis for important decisions.
LILA does not provide legal, financial, tax, medical, or other regulated professional advice.
Nothing in LILA’s output creates a binding offer, contractual commitment, fiduciary relationship, or guaranteed business result unless expressly confirmed by Label to Label K.K. in writing through an authorized representative.
Label to Label K.K. maintains human oversight of LILA’s operation and may update, refine, restrict, or expand its functions at any time.
5. Data Handling and Session Use
LILA generally operates without requiring personal account registration for public access.
Public conversations use a randomly generated session ID for temporary continuity and are not designed as personally identified user accounts.
If a user voluntarily provides personal information during a conversation, that information may be processed for conversational flow, support handling, compliance, security, or related service purposes.
Session data is stored temporarily by Label to Label K.K. and deleted in bulk within the first week of each new month.
Conversation data may also be transformed into aggregated, anonymized insights for internal analysis, service improvement, and demonstration of business capability. Such aggregated insights are not linked to identifiable individuals and may be retained longer than raw session logs.

6. Account Registration and Membership
Certain website areas, services, or capabilities may be restricted to approved business members, clients, or partners.

LILA is operated by Label to Label K.K., with AI response processing supported by OpenAI’s API. Label to Label K.K. remains responsible for the design, scope, orchestration, and governance of its services.
