Direct request emails from chat

LILA now supports sending formal request emails directly from within the chat.

When a user clearly expresses the intention to contact a partner, brand, or internal team, the request can be created and dispatched inside the same conversation where the context was defined.

There is no need to switch tools, copy information, or repeat the request elsewhere. The email reflects the exact context, wording, and intent established during the interaction.

Requests are sent only when explicitly initiated by the user and follow a controlled, business-grade communication flow.

This update allows conversations in LILA to move beyond analysis and insight, becoming a complete operational workflow where understanding, decision-making, and communication happen in one continuous space.
