This Privacy Policy describes how LABEL TO LABEL K.K. ("Label to Label", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use the LABEL TO LABEL native iOS app shown on device as "LILA", including LILA AI chat, human Messages, project collaboration, voice messages, company and service content, app updates, meeting requests, office locations and access passes, profile settings, notifications, reports, protected business features, Shop preparation and tangible-product checkout when enabled, Apple-native system features, TestFlight beta testing, and support communications (together, the "Service").

The Service is intended for business, professional, partner, client, and company-orientation use. It is not intended for personal, household, medical, financial account, legal, safety-critical, or highly sensitive personal data.

You should not upload, send, request, or process sensitive personal information, private images, intimate images, children's information, health information, financial account information, government identifiers, confidential third-party information, or other prohibited content unless you have a lawful right to do so and the content is appropriate for a professional Label to Label context.

 

Information We Collect

We collect information you provide, information created when you use the Service, and technical information needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the Service.

 

LILA, Messages, Reports, Meeting Requests, and App Interaction

LILA chat may be available after acceptance of this Privacy Policy and the Terms. When you use LILA, we may collect prompts, messages, AI responses, timestamps, app version, language settings, and related operational metadata needed to provide, secure, debug, and improve the requested experience.

LILA is designed to help users understand Label to Label, its services, partner opportunities, office access context, and related company information. It is not designed for sensitive personal data or regulated professional advice.

The Service may also include human Messages between you and Label to Label. Messages may include message text, voice/audio messages, attachments, replies, sender identity, delivery and read state, timestamps, notification metadata, archive status, and related conversation information needed to provide and manage the conversation.

Messages may be direct conversations with Label to Label or shared conversations created by Label to Label with selected signed-in users. Content, attachments, voice messages, shared files, delivery/read information, participant information, and related conversation metadata in a shared conversation may be visible to the participants in that conversation and authorized Label to Label team members. If you leave a shared conversation, you stop seeing the conversation and receiving future notifications for it, but messages, files, and other content you already sent may remain visible to the remaining participants and Label to Label where needed for conversation continuity, safety, legal compliance, or business records.

 

Projects and Business Collaboration

If Label to Label creates or manages a project with you, we may process the project name and summary, membership and roles, steps, assignments, planned dates, status and completion records, activity history, related Project Room messages and files, and notification preferences. These records support business collaboration; they do not by themselves constitute an electronic signature, binding approval, contract, or guarantee.

Project information is available only to current authorized project members. A person added later may see the current project structure, current and completed steps, and project files, while Project Room message and activity history is limited to that person's latest join time. A person who leaves or is removed loses project access. Contributions made while authorized may remain visible to current members for business continuity, security, legal compliance, or business records.

If you choose to send a voice message, we may collect the audio recording, file type, file size, duration, waveform or playback metadata, speech-recognition transcript text where available, transcript status, timestamps, sender information, and related message metadata needed to send, store, preview, transcribe, play back, and manage the message. Speech recognition is requested only to provide transcript text for the audio message.

Meeting requests are handled as a simple Messages workflow. When you request a meeting topic, we may collect the selected subject, any note you add, your account/contact information, and the resulting conversation so an authorized Label to Label team member can respond and organize the next step.

 

Account, Authentication, and Profile Information

If you sign in, request protected access, or use private features, we may collect account identifiers, sign-in status, email address, phone number where provided or required for supported workflows, display name, full name if provided through Sign in with Apple or profile settings, access status, membership status, language setting, notification preference, legal acceptance version, and related session information.

 

Partner, Meeting, and Access Records

Private partner or business features may collect or store meeting details, partner notices, office arrival records, QR/access pass identifiers, pass status, expiration times, access permissions, contact phone numbers for supported access or event workflows, app updates, service content, timestamps, and related records needed to manage secure access and relationship continuity.

 

Shop and Tangible Product Checkout

The app may include Shop functionality for tangible products. The Shop or checkout may be hidden, unavailable, or disabled until Label to Label chooses to publish products. When Shop checkout is not visible or enabled, we do not collect checkout shipping, order, or payment-status information through app checkout.

If Shop checkout is enabled and you choose to buy a tangible product, we may collect the selected product, variant, quantity, order identifier, customer name, email address, phone number, Japan shipping address, price, tax, shipping, payment status, payment provider, Stripe payment or order identifiers, fulfillment status, return or refund status, timestamps, and related support or operational information needed to process the order.

We do not collect or store full payment card numbers or card security codes. Payment card details are processed by payment providers such as Stripe, Apple Pay where enabled, card networks, issuing banks, or other payment providers according to their own terms and privacy practices.

 

Images, Audio, Attachments, and Uploaded Assets

If you, Label to Label, or authorized users upload images, videos, audio recordings, documents, QR images, or other attachments for chat, reports, LILA, app updates, service content, notices, access passes, support, Capture, or meeting-related records, we may collect file content, file name, file type, file size, creation time, and related metadata. If you grant location permission and capture media in LILA Capture, captured photos or videos may include location metadata.

Camera and photo-library access are used only when you choose to capture, attach, or save media. QR/access-pass images are stored only when they are uploaded or assigned as part of an access workflow; ordinary user-location map use does not require storing camera images. The app saves captured media to Photos only when you choose Save to Photos.

 

Saved Places and Location Sharing

If you save a place, we collect its name, precise latitude and longitude, any optional address or cover image you add, timestamps, and related account information. We use this information to keep the place private in your account, sync it across your signed-in devices, display it in the app, and share it only when you choose. Location access for this feature occurs while you use the app; My Places does not provide continuous or background location sharing.

Saved places are private unless you share them in Messages. A shared private place is available only to authorized recipients in that conversation. People added later cannot access an earlier place share, and a removed participant loses access. A recipient may save the shared place within the conversation or create a separate private copy in their own account. A separate recipient copy is controlled by that recipient and is not removed when the sender edits or deletes the original place or account. Official Label to Label locations remain subject to the recipient's current access permissions.

 

Notifications

If you allow notifications, the app may use Apple notification services to notify you about important app updates, partner notices, meeting changes, access pass updates, protected-access notices, or other permitted events. We may process device notification identifiers, account identifiers, notification delivery metadata, and notification preferences needed to send and manage notifications. You can manage notification permissions in iOS settings.

 

Device, Usage, and Service Information

We may collect device and app information, such as platform, app version, build number, operating system version, language or region settings, notification device identifiers, request timestamps, IP address, error reports, diagnostic information, security events, read/unread state, delivery state, and feature usage events where enabled. We use this information to operate, secure, debug, support, and improve the Service.

The app may use Apple-native system features such as Spotlight, App Intents, Sign in with Apple, Apple Maps, Calendar, notifications, local haptics, Keychain, and device location services. Content indexed for Spotlight is app content such as published news, services, and office locations. Device location used only to center the map or open Apple Maps is processed on device or by Apple platform services. We store precise location when you expressly save a My Place, share a place in Messages, include location in a support request, or save captured media with location metadata as described in this Policy. If you choose to synchronize an access appointment, event invitation, project, or step schedule with Calendar, the app uses Calendar access to create, find, display, and update that linked item. The app does not import, upload, or disclose unrelated calendar events. Calendar synchronization choices are private to your signed-in account and device; other app users cannot see them. Changes to an available linked app item may update its Calendar event, but Calendar edits do not change the shared record in the app.

 

Reports, Support, and Privacy Requests

If you contact us through Messages, email, a privacy request, an account deletion request, an issue report, content report, or other support communication, we may collect your name, company name, email address, message contents, voice messages, attachments, screenshots, reported content, report reason, report status, admin/user response messages, account identifiers, diagnostic details, and any other information you choose to provide.

 

How We Use Information

We use information to:

- Provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Service.
- Provide LILA chat and company/service information.
- Authenticate users and protect access to Messages, protected business, meeting, profile, and access-pass features.
- Save legal acceptance status, profile settings, app update records, partner notices, meeting details, access records, and related business content.
- Generate LILA-assisted responses and other AI-assisted outputs requested by you.
- Prepare, process, fulfill, support, return, refund, or audit tangible-product Shop orders when Shop checkout is enabled.
- Store and retrieve uploaded images, audio, documents, report attachments, and other assets where needed for app functionality.
- Manage authorized project membership, steps, schedules, status, activity, files, and related collaboration records.
- Create, sync, display, edit, delete, and recipient-scope My Places and place shares that you expressly save or send.
- Send requested or permitted notifications.
- Provide customer support, respond to inquiries, process privacy requests, and handle account deletion requests.
- Review reports, investigate abuse, enforce our Terms, protect users, and prevent prohibited content or misuse.
- Improve app reliability, security, usability, and performance.
- Prevent unauthorized access, fraud, spam, security incidents, or misuse.
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms and policies.

 

AI Processing

The Service may process prompts, conversation context, selected app content, and related metadata with service providers to generate requested LILA responses and related outputs.

AI requests and responses may be stored by us or by our service providers as needed for product functionality, security, debugging, abuse prevention, legal compliance, and applicable provider terms. We do not use Service data for third-party targeted advertising.

You are responsible for reviewing AI outputs before relying on them. AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or unsuitable for your intended use.

 

How We Share Information

We do not sell personal information and we do not use Service data for third-party targeted advertising.

We may share information with:

- Service providers that help us host, store, secure, analyze, debug, support, and operate the Service.
- AI service providers used to process chat content and requested LILA responses.
- Payment, commerce, fulfillment, and shipping providers, such as Stripe, Apple Pay where enabled, card networks, banks, logistics providers, and related support partners, when Shop checkout or product fulfillment is enabled.
- Apple, as needed for App Store distribution, TestFlight, Sign in with Apple, notifications, platform services, and app review.
- Authorized organization members, partner users, and collaborators when private access features are used.
- Professional advisors, authorities, courts, regulators, or other parties when required by law, legal process, security needs, abuse prevention, or protection of rights.
- Successors or affiliates in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, financing, or transfer of business assets, subject to appropriate protections.

Service providers are permitted to use information only as needed to provide services to us or as otherwise allowed by applicable law and their agreements with us.

Private saved-place information is shared only with the authorized recipients of the conversation in which you choose to send it. Official Label to Label locations are shared only with people who currently have access to them. Project information is shared only with current authorized project members, subject to the history limits described above.

 

Your Responsibility for Shared Content

You are responsible for the content you submit, upload, send, request, process, or share through the Service. You should only submit content that you have the right and authority to use.

Do not submit sensitive personal information, confidential third-party information, private or intimate images, content involving minors, illegal content, infringing content, malware, hate, harassment, threats, sexual content, graphic violence, or other content prohibited by our Terms.

Only save or share a place when you have the right and authority to use its location, name, address, and cover image. Do not use My Places or place sharing to disclose another person's current or precise location without their knowledge and lawful authority, or for stalking, surveillance, harassment, or safety harm.

 

International Transfers

We are based in Japan, and our service providers may process information in Japan, the United States, the European Economic Area, or other countries. These countries may have privacy laws that differ from those in your location. Where required, we obtain consent, provide required information, use appropriate safeguards, or take other measures required for international transfers.

 

Retention

We retain information only for as long as needed to provide the Service, maintain your account or business relationship, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, enforce our agreements, and protect the Service.

LILA conversation records, if retained, are kept only as long as needed for continuity, security, support, debugging, service improvement, or legal compliance.

Human Messages, project records and contributions, saved places, shared-place records, meeting request records, protected-access records, meeting details, access records, legal acceptance records, profile settings, notices, app updates, uploaded assets, and related business content are retained while your account or business relationship remains active, unless they are deleted earlier where deletion is supported. Deleting an original saved place does not delete a copy that an authorized recipient previously saved in their own account.

Shop order, payment-status, fulfillment, return, refund, and related support records are retained as needed for order fulfillment, customer support, fraud prevention, accounting, tax, legal compliance, dispute handling, and business records.

Operational logs, diagnostics, notification records, and security records are generally retained for up to 90 days, unless a longer period is needed for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, debugging an active issue, abuse handling, or protecting our rights.

Support communications, abuse reports, privacy requests, and account deletion requests are generally retained for up to 24 months after the matter is closed, unless a longer period is required by law or needed to resolve a continuing issue.

Deleted content is removed from active systems within a reasonable period, but may remain in backups for up to 90 days before those backups expire.

If you delete your account through the in-app account deletion flow, we delete active sessions, notification device records, access passes assigned to the account where applicable, user-scoped Messages, LILA history, saved places and their covers, place shares sent from the deleted account, user profile records, and user-scoped app data from active systems. Your active project access is removed, but project messages, files, steps, completion records, and other contributions that form part of a shared business record may remain available to current authorized project members for the purposes and retention periods described in this Policy. A separate saved-place copy held in another recipient's account is not deleted through the sender's account-deletion request. We may retain a minimal deletion audit record for legal, security, fraud-prevention, and operational accountability. Admin-managed role or business-access records, legal records, backup copies, provider records, and records that must be retained for legal, security, relationship-management, provider, or dispute reasons may remain for the periods described in this policy, under the applicable provider's terms, or as required by law.

 

Your Choices and Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, objection, withdrawal of consent, or other assistance regarding your personal information.

You can:

- Manage notification permissions in iOS settings.
- Edit supported profile and language settings in the app where available.
- Manage and delete your saved places and control whether you share them.
- Request account deletion in the app where available, or request deletion, privacy assistance, content review, or support by contacting us.
- Stop using LILA chat if you do not want to submit chat content.

To make a privacy request, account deletion request, or content report, use the contact details below. We may need to verify your identity or authority before fulfilling a request.

If you use Sign in with Apple, the in-app account deletion flow asks Apple to confirm ownership and requests revocation of the app's Sign in with Apple access token as part of deletion.

 

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, including access controls and security measures appropriate to the nature of the Service. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

 

Children

The Service is intended for business and professional users. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us so we can take appropriate action.

 

Third-Party Services and Content

The Service may link to websites, Apple Maps, Apple platform services, payment processors, shipping providers, partner services, or other third-party resources. We are not responsible for the privacy practices, content, terms, accuracy, security, or availability of third-party services or content. Your use of third-party services and content is governed by their own policies and terms.

 

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date and provide notice when required by law. Where required or appropriate, we may ask you to review and accept the updated policy before continuing to use the Service. Where permitted by law, your continued use of the Service after an update means you accept the updated policy.

LILA、メッセージ、レポート、ミーティングリクエストおよびアプリ操作

LILAチャットは、本プライバシーポリシーおよび利用規約への同意後に利用可能となる場合があります。お客様がLILAを利用する場合、当社は、リクエストされた体験の提供、保護、デバッグおよび改善に必要なプロンプト、メッセージ、AI応答、タイムスタンプ、アプリバージョン、言語設定および関連する運用メタデータを取得する場合があります。

アカウント、認証およびプロフィール情報

お客様がサインインし、保護されたアクセスをリクエストし、または非公開機能を利用する場合、当社は、アカウント識別子、サインイン状態、メールアドレス、対応ワークフローで提供または必要とされる電話番号、表示名、Sign in with Appleまたはプロフィール設定を通じて提供される場合の氏名、アクセス状態、メンバーシップ状態、言語設定、通知設定、法的同意バージョンおよび関連するセッション情報を取得する場合があります。

 

パートナー、ミーティングおよびアクセス記録

非公開のパートナー機能またはビジネス機能では、安全なアクセスおよび関係継続性を管理するために必要なミーティング詳細、パートナー通知、オフィス到着記録、QRまたはアクセスパス識別子、パス状態、有効期限、アクセス権限、対応するアクセスまたはイベントワークフローの連絡先電話番号、アプリ更新、サービスコンテンツ、タイムスタンプおよび関連記録を取得または保存する場合があります。

 

Shopおよび有形商品のチェックアウト

本アプリには、有形商品のためのShop機能が含まれる場合があります。Shopまたはチェックアウトは、Label to Labelが商品を公開するまで非表示、利用不可または無効である場合があります。Shopチェックアウトが表示または有効になっていない場合、当社はアプリのチェックアウトを通じて配送、注文または支払い状態に関する情報を取得しません。

Shopチェックアウトが有効であり、お客様が有形商品の購入を選択した場合、当社は、注文処理に必要な選択商品、バリアント、数量、注文識別子、顧客名、メールアドレス、電話番号、日本国内の配送先住所、価格、税額、送料、支払い状態、支払いプロバイダー、Stripeの支払いまたは注文識別子、履行状態、返品または返金状態、タイムスタンプ、ならびに関連するサポートまたは運用情報を取得する場合があります。

当社は、完全なカード番号またはカードセキュリティコードを取得または保存しません。カード情報は、Stripe、Apple Payが有効な場合のApple Pay、カードネットワーク、発行銀行その他の支払いプロバイダーにより、それぞれの規約およびプライバシー慣行に従って処理されます。

 

画像、音声、添付ファイルおよびアップロードされたアセット

お客様、Label to Labelまたは権限を有するユーザーが、チャット、レポート、LILA、アプリ更新、サービスコンテンツ、通知、アクセスパス、サポート、Captureまたはミーティング関連記録のために画像、動画、音声録音、文書、QR画像その他の添付ファイルをアップロードする場合、当社は、ファイル内容、ファイル名、ファイル形式、ファイルサイズ、作成時刻および関連メタデータを取得する場合があります。お客様が位置情報の利用を許可し、LILA Captureでメディアを撮影する場合、撮影された写真または動画に位置情報メタデータが含まれることがあります。

お客様が場所を保存する場合、当社は、その名称、正確な緯度および経度、お客様が追加する任意の住所またはカバー画像、タイムスタンプならびに関連するアカウント情報を取得します。当社は、これらの情報を、お客様のアカウント内で場所を非公開に保持し、サインイン済み端末間で同期し、アプリ内で表示し、お客様が選択した場合に限り共有するために利用します。この機能のための位置情報へのアクセスはアプリ使用中に行われ、My Placesは継続的またはバックグラウンドの位置情報共有を行いません。

保存した場所は、お客様がメッセージで共有する場合を除き非公開です。共有された非公開の場所は、その会話の権限を有する受領者のみが利用できます。後から追加された人は以前の場所共有にアクセスできず、削除された参加者はアクセスを失います。受領者は、共有された場所を会話内で保存するか、自分のアカウント内に別の非公開コピーを作成できます。別の受領者コピーはその受領者が管理し、送信者が元の場所またはアカウントを編集もしくは削除しても削除されません。Label to Labelの公式場所は、受領者の現在のアクセス権限の対象となります。

 

通知

お客様が通知を許可した場合、本アプリは、重要なアプリ更新、パートナー通知、ミーティング変更、アクセスパス更新、保護されたアクセスに関する通知、その他許可されたイベントを通知するためにAppleの通知サービスを使用する場合があります。当社は、通知の送信および管理に必要な端末通知識別子、アカウント識別子、通知配信メタデータおよび通知設定を処理する場合があります。通知の許可はiOS設定で管理できます。

 

端末、利用状況およびサービス情報

当社は、プラットフォーム、アプリバージョン、ビルド番号、OSバージョン、言語または地域設定、通知端末識別子、リクエストタイムスタンプ、IPアドレス、エラーレポート、診断情報、セキュリティイベント、既読または未読状態、配信状態、有効な場合の機能利用イベントなど、端末およびアプリに関する情報を取得する場合があります。当社はこれらの情報を、本サービスの運営、保護、デバッグ、サポートおよび改善のために利用します。

本アプリは、Spotlight、App Intents、Sign in with Apple、Apple Maps、Calendar、通知、ローカルハプティクス、Keychainおよび端末位置情報サービスなどのAppleネイティブのシステム機能を使用する場合があります。Spotlightにインデックスされるコンテンツは、公開ニュース、サービス、オフィス所在地などのアプリコンテンツです。地図の中心合わせまたはApple Mapsを開くためだけに使用される端末位置情報は、端末上またはAppleプラットフォームサービスにより処理されます。当社は、本ポリシーに記載するとおり、お客様がMy Placeを明示的に保存する場合、メッセージで場所を共有する場合、サポートリクエストに位置情報を含める場合、または位置情報メタデータ付きの撮影メディアを保存する場合に、正確な位置情報を保存します。お客様がアクセス予定、イベント招待、プロジェクトまたはステップの予定をCalendarと同期することを選択した場合、本アプリはCalendarへのアクセスを使用して、その連携項目を作成、検索、表示および更新します。本アプリは、関連のないカレンダー予定を取り込み、アップロードまたは開示しません。Calendarとの同期選択は、お客様のサインイン済みアカウントおよび端末において非公開であり、他のアプリユーザーは確認できません。利用可能な連携済みアプリ項目の変更はCalendar予定に反映される場合がありますが、Calendarでの編集がアプリ内の共有記録を変更することはありません。

 

レポート、サポートおよびプライバシーリクエスト

お客様がメッセージ、メール、プライバシーリクエスト、アカウント削除リクエスト、問題報告、コンテンツ報告その他のサポート連絡を通じて当社に連絡する場合、当社は、お客様の氏名、会社名、メールアドレス、メッセージ内容、ボイスメッセージ、添付ファイル、スクリーンショット、報告対象コンテンツ、報告理由、報告状態、管理者またはユーザーの応答メッセージ、アカウント識別子、診断詳細、およびお客様が提供するその他の情報を取得する場合があります。

 

情報の利用目的

当社は、情報を以下の目的で利用します。

- 本サービスの提供、運営、維持および改善。
- LILAチャットおよび会社またはサービス情報の提供。
- ユーザー認証ならびにメッセージ、保護されたビジネス機能、ミーティング、プロフィールおよびアクセスパス機能へのアクセス保護。
- 法的同意状態、プロフィール設定、アプリ更新記録、パートナー通知、ミーティング詳細、アクセス記録および関連するビジネスコンテンツの保存。
- お客様がリクエストしたLILA支援応答その他のAI支援出力の生成。
- Shopチェックアウトが有効な場合の有形商品注文の準備、処理、履行、サポート、返品、返金または監査。
- アプリ機能に必要なアップロード画像、音声、文書、報告添付ファイルその他のアセットの保存および取得。
- 権限を有するプロジェクトのメンバーシップ、ステップ、予定、状態、アクティビティ、ファイルおよび関連する共同作業記録の管理。
- お客様が明示的に保存または送信したMy Placesおよび場所共有の作成、同期、表示、編集、削除ならびに受信者範囲の制御。
- リクエストまたは許可された通知の送信。
- カスタマーサポートの提供、問い合わせへの対応、プライバシーリクエストの処理およびアカウント削除リクエストへの対応。
- 報告の確認、不正利用の調査、当社規約の執行、ユーザー保護、禁止コンテンツまたは不正利用の防止。
- アプリの信頼性、セキュリティ、使いやすさおよびパフォーマンスの改善。
- 不正アクセス、詐欺、スパム、セキュリティインシデントまたは不正利用の防止。
- 法的義務の遵守ならびに当社規約およびポリシーの執行。

 

AI処理

本サービスは、リクエストされたLILA応答および関連出力を生成するために、プロンプト、会話文脈、選択されたアプリコンテンツおよび関連メタデータをサービスプロバイダーで処理する場合があります。

AIリクエストおよび応答は、製品機能、セキュリティ、デバッグ、不正利用防止、法令遵守および適用されるプロバイダー規約のために必要な範囲で、当社または当社のサービスプロバイダーにより保存される場合があります。当社は、本サービスのデータを第三者によるターゲティング広告のために使用しません。

AI出力を信頼する前に確認する責任はお客様にあります。AI出力は、不正確、不完全、古い、またはお客様の利用目的に適さない場合があります。

 

情報の共有

当社は、個人情報を販売せず、本サービスのデータを第三者によるターゲティング広告のために使用しません。

当社は、情報を以下の相手と共有する場合があります。

- 本サービスのホスティング、保存、保護、分析、デバッグ、サポートおよび運営を支援するサービスプロバイダー。
- チャットコンテンツおよびリクエストされたLILA応答の処理に使用されるAIサービスプロバイダー。
- Shopチェックアウトまたは商品の履行が有効な場合のStripe、Apple Payが有効な場合のApple Pay、カードネットワーク、銀行、物流事業者および関連サポートパートナーなどの支払い、コマース、履行および配送プロバイダー。
- App Store配信、TestFlight、Sign in with Apple、通知、プラットフォームサービスおよびアプリ審査に必要なApple。
- 非公開アクセス機能が利用される場合の権限を有する組織メンバー、パートナーユーザーおよび共同作業者。
- 法令、法的手続、セキュリティ上の必要性、不正利用防止または権利保護のために必要な場合の専門アドバイザー、当局、裁判所、規制当局その他の当事者。
- 合併、買収、組織再編、資金調達または事業資産の移転に関連する承継人または関連会社。ただし、適切な保護措置を講じます。

サービスプロバイダーは、当社にサービスを提供するために必要な範囲、または適用法令および当社との契約により認められる範囲でのみ情報を利用できます。

非公開の保存場所情報は、お客様が送信を選択した会話の権限を有する受領者とのみ共有されます。Label to Labelの公式場所は、現在その場所へのアクセス権限を有する人とのみ共有されます。プロジェクト情報は、上記の履歴制限に従い、現在権限を有するプロジェクトメンバーとのみ共有されます。

 

共有コンテンツに関するお客様の責任

お客様は、本サービスを通じて送信、アップロード、送信リクエスト、処理または共有するコンテンツについて責任を負います。お客様は、利用する権利および権限を有するコンテンツのみを送信してください。

機微な個人情報、第三者の秘密情報、私的または親密な画像、未成年者に関するコンテンツ、違法コンテンツ、権利侵害コンテンツ、マルウェア、ヘイト、ハラスメント、脅迫、性的コンテンツ、残虐な暴力表現、その他当社規約で禁止されるコンテンツを送信しないでください。

場所の位置、名称、住所およびカバー画像を利用する権利および権限を有する場合にのみ、その場所を保存または共有してください。本人の認識および適法な権限なく他人の現在地もしくは正確な位置情報を開示するため、またはストーキング、監視、ハラスメントもしくは安全上の危害のために、My Placesまたは場所共有を利用してはなりません。

 

国際移転

当社は日本を拠点としており、当社のサービスプロバイダーは日本、米国、欧州経済領域その他の国で情報を処理する場合があります。これらの国のプライバシー法は、お客様の所在地の法律と異なる場合があります。必要な場合、当社は、同意の取得、必要な情報提供、適切な保護措置の利用、その他国際移転のために必要な措置を講じます。

 

保有期間

当社は、本サービスの提供、お客様のアカウントまたはビジネス関係の維持、法的義務の遵守、紛争解決、不正利用防止、当社契約の執行および本サービスの保護に必要な期間に限り情報を保有します。

LILA会話記録を保有する場合、継続性、セキュリティ、サポート、デバッグ、サービス改善または法令遵守に必要な期間に限り保有します。

ヒューマンメッセージ、プロジェクト記録および投稿、保存した場所、共有場所記録、ミーティングリクエスト記録、保護されたアクセス記録、ミーティング詳細、アクセス記録、法的同意記録、プロフィール設定、通知、アプリ更新、アップロードアセットおよび関連するビジネスコンテンツは、削除がサポートされ早期に削除される場合を除き、お客様のアカウントまたはビジネス関係が有効である間保有されます。元の保存場所を削除しても、権限を有する受領者が自分のアカウントに以前保存したコピーは削除されません。

Shop注文、支払い状態、履行、返品、返金および関連サポート記録は、注文履行、カスタマーサポート、詐欺防止、会計、税務、法令遵守、紛争対応および業務記録のために必要な期間保有されます。

運用ログ、診断、通知記録およびセキュリティ記録は、セキュリティ、詐欺防止、法令遵守、進行中の問題のデバッグ、不正利用対応または当社権利保護のためにより長い期間が必要な場合を除き、通常90日まで保有されます。

サポート連絡、不正利用報告、プライバシーリクエストおよびアカウント削除リクエストは、法律によりより長い期間が要求される場合、または継続中の問題を解決するために必要な場合を除き、通常、案件終了後24か月まで保有されます。

削除されたコンテンツは合理的な期間内にアクティブシステムから削除されますが、バックアップが失効するまで最長90日間バックアップ内に残る場合があります。

お客様がアプリ内のアカウント削除フローを通じてアカウントを削除した場合、当社は、アクティブセッション、通知端末記録、該当する場合のアカウントに割り当てられたアクセスパス、ユーザースコープのメッセージ、LILA履歴、保存した場所およびそのカバー、削除されたアカウントから送信された場所共有、ユーザープロフィール記録およびユーザースコープのアプリデータをアクティブシステムから削除します。お客様の有効なプロジェクトアクセスは削除されますが、共有された業務記録を構成するプロジェクトメッセージ、ファイル、ステップ、完了記録その他の投稿は、本ポリシーに記載する目的および保有期間に従い、現在権限を有するプロジェクトメンバーが引き続き利用できる場合があります。別の受領者のアカウントに保存された別の場所コピーは、送信者のアカウント削除リクエストによって削除されません。当社は、法的、セキュリティ、詐欺防止および運用上の説明責任のために、最小限の削除監査記録を保持する場合があります。管理者管理のロールまたはビジネスアクセス記録、法的記録、バックアップコピー、プロバイダー記録、ならびに法的、セキュリティ、関係管理、プロバイダーまたは紛争上の理由により保有が必要な記録は、本ポリシーに記載された期間、該当するプロバイダーの規約に基づく期間、または法令で要求される期間、残る場合があります。

 

お客様の選択肢および権利

お客様の所在地に応じて、お客様は、個人情報に関するアクセス、訂正、削除、制限、ポータビリティ、異議申立て、同意の撤回その他の支援を求める権利を有する場合があります。

お客様は、以下を行うことができます。

- iOS設定で通知許可を管理すること。
- アプリで利用可能な場合、対応するプロフィールおよび言語設定を編集すること。
- 保存した場所を管理もしくは削除し、共有するかどうかを管理すること。
- アプリで利用可能な場合、アカウント削除をリクエストすること、または当社に連絡して削除、プライバシー支援、コンテンツ確認またはサポートをリクエストすること。
- チャットコンテンツを送信したくない場合、LILAチャットの利用を停止すること。

プライバシーリクエスト、アカウント削除リクエストまたはコンテンツ報告を行うには、下記のお問い合わせ先をご利用ください。当社は、リクエストに対応する前に、お客様の本人確認または権限確認を行う必要がある場合があります。

Sign in with Appleを利用している場合、アプリ内のアカウント削除フローでは、削除の一環としてAppleに所有者確認を求め、アプリのSign in with Appleアクセストークンの失効をリクエストします。

 

セキュリティ

当社は、アクセス制御および本サービスの性質に応じたセキュリティ対策を含む、情報を保護するために設計された合理的な管理上、技術上および組織上の保護措置を講じます。ただし、送信または保存の方法に完全に安全なものはなく、当社は絶対的な安全性を保証することはできません。

 

児童

本サービスは、ビジネスおよび専門業務のユーザーを対象としています。児童を対象としたものではなく、当社は16歳未満の児童から個人情報を故意に取得しません。児童が当社に個人情報を提供したと思われる場合、適切な対応を行うため当社にご連絡ください。

 

第三者サービスおよびコンテンツ

本サービスは、ウェブサイト、Apple Maps、Appleプラットフォームサービス、支払い処理事業者、配送事業者、パートナーサービスその他の第三者リソースにリンクする場合があります。当社は、第三者サービスまたはコンテンツのプライバシー慣行、コンテンツ、規約、正確性、セキュリティまたは利用可能性について責任を負いません。お客様による第三者サービスおよびコンテンツの利用には、それぞれのポリシーおよび規約が適用されます。

 

本ポリシーの変更

当社は、本プライバシーポリシーを随時更新する場合があります。重要な変更を行う場合、当社は「最終更新日」を更新し、法令で要求される場合には通知します。法令上必要な場合または当社が適切と判断する場合、当社は本サービスの継続利用前に、更新後のポリシーの確認および同意を求めることがあります。適用法令で認められる範囲において、更新後も本サービスを継続して利用することにより、お客様は更新後のポリシーを受け入れたものとみなされます。
