LABEL TO LABEL Benefits

With today’s update, now available on the App Store, LABEL TO LABEL Benefits becomes part of the app and is available to explore from Profile.

Benefits is designed around a simple idea: the relationship with LABEL TO LABEL can develop over time, connecting different moments through one continuous experience.

Once qualifying purchases are activated, eligible purchases made through LABEL TO LABEL Shop and selected LABEL TO LABEL Retail locations in Japan will contribute to your Benefits progress. What you build within each season plays a role in how your level develops, while continuity over time adds further value to that relationship.

Benefits is structured across three levels. As your level develops, new ways to participate can become available, including Seasonal Experiences, additional guest opportunities, earlier reservation access and selected services created to make each occasion more personal, thoughtful and comfortable.

At the heart of the program is the Seasonal Experience. Each one brings the LABEL TO LABEL community together around something worth discovering and experiencing. It can take a different form each time, from a brand, a collection or a place to an idea, culture or another meaningful subject, creating new opportunities to meet, participate and share memorable moments together.

For eligible clients, selected Seasonal Experiences can also include LABEL TO LABEL Travel Courtesy. Depending on your level and the occasion, dedicated Uber rides may support your return from the venue or, at the highest level, both your journey to the location and your return. It is a practical way of extending the attention around the event beyond the time spent at the venue itself.

With today’s release, you can already explore the three levels, understand how Benefits is structured and discover the experience being created around them.

The next stage will begin when qualifying purchases become active through LABEL TO LABEL Shop and selected LABEL TO LABEL Retail locations in Japan. From that moment, eligible purchases across these digital and physical channels will begin contributing to your Benefits progress.

The official start of qualifying purchases will be announced separately.
